When you order online or with the mobile app, you can pick up your order at your local store for FREE.
 

Here's how it works:

1. Select your store.
   
   
2. Choose your item.
   
   
3. Check the “pickup in store” option.
   
   
4. Check your inbox
   We’ll send a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup during store hours.¹  
   
   
5. Pickup

Please bring the following:

• A valid photo ID (like a driver's license or passport).
• Your “pickup is ready” confirmation email (show on a mobile phone).

¹ If your item goes out of stock as we process your order, then we'll let you know.

Buy your items online or via the mobile app and then pick up your order at a designated area outside the store.

We’ve set up curbside pickup stations at select New York and Los Angeles-area stores so you can get your items quickly and safely. Just complete your “pickup in store” order as normal.

When you arrive at the store, look for the pickup station.
